She loves practicing Yoga because it calms her body and mind, which allows her to think clearly without the distraction of external influences. Additionally, Yoga practices enable her to physically release at deeper levels supporting her body’s natural healing ability.
She helps people who are overwhelmed, physically exhausted, and in pain, and always “doing” at the expense of their health and soul to manage their time, release pain and cultivate inner peace to live a life full of energy!
After spending 20 years in the corporate world Serena ventured out to start her own Life Coaching business inspired by her belief that self-care and life balance are critical for our overall well-being. When she is not teaching yoga or serving clients, you can find her walking in nature, connecting with friends, and spending quality time with family.
